How to take part in the contest?
STEP 1: Register
You need to fill in the registration form - if you are our student, you will receive an email with the firther instructions. If you are not yet our student, but want to take part - you first need to buy our course.

STEP 2: Buy materials for sculpture painting
This is a registration fee. You have to purchase materials for sculptural painting of Evgenia Ermilova TM brand: minimum amount is 4 jars of 500g of sculpture painting paste. You can buy in our online store www.evgeniaermilova.com or from the special partners of our contest. If you are from India, UAE or Indonesia - you can only buy from our partners.Then send us the confirmation of your order.
STEP 3: Fill in the contestant questionnaire form
We will send you a link to the questionnaire. You will need to fill in the information about yourself and attach your photo and photos of your previously done artworks. We need this information to make posts about our contestants.
This will allow you to attract new subscribers.
In addition, information about you will be published on this site in the form of an online exhibition of the competition participants.
The exhibition catalog will be on the site for at least one year.
The competition site will be actively advertised, this will also attract additional audience to you and, we are sure, will help with sales of your works.
STEP 4: Create a painting
You have up to 3 months to create your masterpiece! The painting should be at least 40*40cm or larger. The topic is "My Autumn". You should do a painting in the technique of sculptural painting, with any flowers and colors of your choice, in any genre.
Painting should contain more than 1 flower made in sculptural painting technique. Using additional techniques is allowed such as patination, stencil work, etc.
STEP 5: Make posts in Instagram about creating your artwork
You should post the process of creation and the ready artwork in your Instagram account. Total there mst be at least 6 posts from the start of the contest till November 25, 2024. Each post must have special contest hashtags and tag our accounts.
STEP 6: Check if you complied with all the contest requirements
Once you have made your artwork and uploaded all the posts from step 5 - check once again if you have done everything in accordance with the contest rules and regulations. Otherwise it will be disappointing if your artwork will not be admitted to voting for the finalists.
We will also send you an end-of-contest Questionnaire form #2 that you will need to fill.
STEP 7: Wait for the results
There will be an open vote to select 10 finalists of the competition. 10 masterpieces will be selected, from which 3 prize places will be selected by the author of Sculptural painting and founder of the School - artist Evgenia Ermilova.
All finalists' works will have a special mark in the catalog of works published on our website, and will take the first lines in it. All the finalists will be awarded honor diplomas, confirming the award of this high title.
The winners of the competition are personally selected by the creator of sculptural painting, the founder of our School and community, artist Evgenia Ermilova from 10 works of finalists according to the following criteria:
- compliance of the Competition work with the Rules and theme of the Competition
- correctness of the technique, compliance with the basic principles of the educational and methodological program of the school of sculpture painting
- general artistic value and novelty of the work
- compliance of the work with the general rules of composition and color science.
Conditions of the competition
- Terms:
The competition is run from September 2 to December 15, 2024. The last date to submit a competition artwork is November 25, 2024. Then before December 15, 2024, the winners will be chosen. The list of winners will be published on December 15. Prizes will be awarded until December 31, 2024.
- Requirements to participants
Only students and graduates of Evgenia Ermilova International Online School (Basic and VIP Club courses) are admitted to the competition, except for the citizens and residents of the countries, enlisted in the full rules and conditions of the contest
To register you need to:
- Submit the form.
- Purchase Evgenia Ermilova TM sculpture painting materials and tools (min. amount is 4 pcs of 500g of sculpture paste) in our online store www.evgeniaermilova.com or from one of our official partners and send us the order confirmation. This is a registration fee. If you are from India, Indonesia or UAE, you can place order in your country partner's store only.
- Fill the participant's questionnaire, which we will send to your email.
After you are registered as a participant, you may start creating your contest artwork.
- Requirements to artworks:
Each participant submits 1 artwork - a painting with a min. size of 40*40cm or 40cm in diameter. Artworks on topic "My Autumn" are accepted. You need to make a three-dimensional picture with more than 1 flower made in sculptural painting technique, using materials of Evgenia Ermilova TM brand. Flowers and colors are of your choice, in any genre.
- Competition process
Participants do their works starting from the registration date and before November 25, 2024. Participants must make at least 6 posts about their competition artworks:
- Start of the work with description of the chosen topic and prepared materials.
- 3 or more posts with photos or videos of the intermediate steps (maybe more).
- Photo of the ready artwork in high resolution
- Video of the ready artwork
Each post must have the folowing caption: "I take part in the contest by @sculpture_painting and @evgenia_ermilova #autumn_contest_ermilova" and your personalized hashtag which is #autumn_contest_sculpture_painting_YourAccountName"

- Winners selection:
The winners of the competition will be chosen between December 1 and 15, 2024. The winner selection process includes 2 stages:
1 stage: 10 finalists are determined by open voting in comments;
2 stage: Evgenia Ermilova selects the winners who will take 1st, 2nd and 3rd places and receive money prizes. Non-monetary prizes will be awarded among all the 10 finalists.
The results of the competition will be announced on December 15, 2024.
- Prize fund:
- $500.00 for the 1st place
- $300.00 or the 2nd place
- $200.00 for the 3rd place
